This insurance is taken by Manufacturers / Authorised dealers of vehicles, cars and two wheelers as an extension of the Manufacturers Warranty Period to allure clients to buy vehicles, cars and two wheelers from them.

Scope of Cover

As per Manufacturers Original Warranty e.g. Damage to Engine. Manual Gearbox, Automatic Gearbox, Casings, Torque Converter, Differential, Working Materials.

Period of Cover

12 months.

Exclusions

Any vehicle which has not been serviced in accordance with the Manufacturers servicing requirements.

Normal maintenance and consumables.

Replacement of normal wear parts, including bulbs, batteries, tyres, tubes, plugs, bolts, hoses, filters etc.

Vehicles used for competition and racing.

Accident or collision repairs.

Defects caused by misuse, negligence or insufficient care.

Any vehicle using parts other than those approved by the manufacturer.

Premium Rating

Negotiable with the Proposer on receipt of Proposal Form and MOU entered into between insured and insuerer.
